I wish to go on a shopping spree 
When the wish grantors met Belsy, a 16-year-old girl from Panama City, she confessed that she was very sad about recently losing her hair and simply not being able to do regular 16-year-old things with her friends. Like any other girl her age, she wished to go on a shopping spree so she could buy the trendiest clothes and shoes.

One day when she was feeling especially low, the Make-A-Wish team surprised her. Belsy’s grandmother, the accomplice for arranging the surprise, and her sister invited all of her friends to a beauty salon where she received a total makeover, head to toe. Once she looked in the mirror after her makeover, she couldn’t stop smiling…and the admiration continued during her shopping spree at the local mall for everyone who walked by.

She modeled the latest fashions, laughed with her friends, ate her favorite pizza, and felt like her happy, positive self for a day – a wish come true.
