    Markos is Chairman of the Board of Xylem, Inc. and also Senior Managing Director of private equity firm, Madison Capital Partners. Markos has more than 30 years of experience in the management of technology companies. He is an expert in strategic and operational issues with global manufacturing and sales organizations especially in the Asia-Pacific region. Previously, he spent 19 years at Honeywell serving as the President of several divisions. In addition, he serves on several boards including Loyola Marymount University, where he received his MBA in Marketing, and Arizona State University. He has a B.Sc. from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.

    Luciano has a vast experience in international business, having worked in all 5 continents in senior leadership roles, mainly in the information and financial services industry. He served as CEO of Experian EMEA from 2008 to 2011, in his last corporate position, after 18 years of service. He has since worked with the World Bank on several projects in various emerging economies and  has consulted major private equity firms on significant acquisition projects throughout Europe. Currently, he advises various clients on strategy, managing growth and international expansion.

    Carole founded Make-A-Wish Turkey in 2005 and was the Board Chair until 2015. She has initiated all aspects of the affiliate by designing and maintaining a successful and efficient operational system, establishing a strong board of professionals, developing a CSR project which returned a value over $1 million as well as granting over 2000 wishes. Prior to her time at Make-A-Wish Turkey, Carole had an illustrious career in the fields of photography and holistic medicine.

    Howard Prince-Wright’s career has been built over three decades in senior financial and business roles. He has served as Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors, Representative of the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund of Eurobank Ergasias S.A., one of the major banks in Greece and south East Europe, since June 2013. His career in management began with Mobil Oil in 1982, after which he became Director of Planning and Business Development at Pepsi International (1987-1989). He then moved to Diageo (1990-1999) in various senior roles and leading him to work in Greece, the UK and the Asia Pacific region. He was also Group Audit Director before his last role as CFO for Burger King EMEA. Prior to that, he had executive roles at Titan Cement Group, Saxo Bank and Antenna Group. Howard is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a number of other directorships as well as advising companies and charities.

    A CPA (Israel) for the past 20 years, formerly with Deloitte, Arik brings substantive experience in management, banking and finance. Prior to Deloitte, Arik was the COO and CFO at P2W (Pollution to Water, Ltd.) in which he was in charge of logistics and procurement in the tens of millions of USD per annum, and responsible for fundraising and financing of P2W’s large-scale projects worldwide– upwards of USD 100 million. He also served as VP Operations and Compliance for State Bank of India in Israel, where he oversaw all operational aspects of the bank, financial reports and reporting, credit, regulation, controls, internal audits and business development. Before that, Arik held various positions in the Israeli and international banking sector.

    Arik has been an active volunteer of Make-A-Wish® Israel since its inception 20 years ago, serving as Treasurer for many years, and most recently as its Board Chair from 2012-2018.

    Javier studied Business Administration at the Catholic University of Argentina, and has exercised his profession in different areas, including: banking, construction and agricultural companies.  In 1986, he became General Manager for Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay at Editorial Tucuman, which later became Editorial Vanidades, and today is known as Editorial Televisa. In 1990, he was hired by The Walt Disney Company, and was responsible for Disney's Consumer Products and Licenses areas.  He opened the first Disney office in Latin America, overseeing Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia. In 1995, he led the opening of the Disney office in Brazil. In 1999, he became the Managing Director for the Andean Region (Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Central America and The Caribbean), until September 2017, when he retired and celebrated his 27-year career with Disney.
     
    Javier has been Chairman of various nonprofit organizations, including Accion RSE, Forum Empresa, Amcham Chile and also serves as a board member of Coaniquem. Before serving on the International Board of Directors, he was also actively involved with the Make-A-Wish Chile office and Board, acting as their Chairman for a 4-year period.

    Gilli has spent her career designing and developing services for children and young people with a focus on those in difficult circumstances. She has led the design and development of a variety of inter-sectoral services including child and youth health, school health, and postvention for suicide for New Zealand. She was one of the original members of Make-A-Wish New Zealand and is currently developing Make-A-Wish in the Pacific. Previously Gilli was the Executive Officer for Pediatric Oncology Steering Group and Adoption first Steps (inter-country adoption). Currently Gilli is the CEO of the Cerebral Palsy Society of New Zealand and Go Baby Go New Zealand and Pacific.

Production. He is the Founding President of Make-A-Wish Pakistan. Since its inception in 2009, the foundation has granted more than 3000 life-changing wishes in Pakistan. Ishtiaq is the immediate past Vice President of Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry, and he has also been appointed as Hon. Consul General of Morocco in Pakistan by the Government of Morocco.

As Litigation Partner at White & Case, Matt has broad experience in complex commercial litigation. He has represented individuals, businesses, accounting firms and other entities in jury and non-jury trials, binding arbitrations and mediations. Matt is involved in protecting the intellectual property and general business interests of businesses and individuals from industries such as accounting, manufacturing, banking, aircraft, music, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, greeting cards, apparel companies and insurance. Many of Matt's cases involve the resolution of contract disputes and securities disputes. Matt joined the Make-A-Wish International Board of Directors in 2015.
