    Michel is a Dutch citizen with a MSc and MBA in Health Care Management & Policy from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Michel has extensive international management experience in both “non-profit” and “for-profit” organizations. From 2011 until 2017, Michel served as the CEO and President of the Dutch Cancer Society, the largest health charity in the Netherlands.

    Avril plays a critical role in the organization’s growth through her support in strengthening its presence in existing and new affiliate markets around the world. Avril conducts business management and affiliate reviews; additionally, she works to ensure affiliate compliance with Make-A-Wish International policies and adherence to country-specific requirements and laws for charitable establishment, reporting, and management.

    Peter provides leadership and strategic direction for the organization in the areas of finance, human resources, information technology, and business intelligence. Peter leads the finance and administration team and is responsible for the development and execution of the organization’s strategic plan, budgets, audits and financial reporting, employee and employer compliance, and technology infrastructure.

    Abby manages all accounting functions and financial reporting for the organization.  She also manages the Benchmarks of Excellence and the Affiliate Performance Database that help measure the success and transparency of the global affiliate community.

    Jon provides strategic leadership for the global charity and, as an officer of the International Board of Directors, works closely with its members on strategic governance issues. Jon also leads the day-to-day management of the global organization, in addition to developing and executing strategic initiatives for the ongoing sustainability and success of this leading charitable organization.

As a regional representative of the Make-A-Wish International Corporate Alliances team and working closely with Make-A-Wish affiliates across 14+ countries in Asia, she crafts and executes effective new business strategies to identify significant regional and global funding opportunities.
