To mark its 35th anniversary, BABY born is supporting Make-A-Wish International with a fundraising campaign through its own online shop. For every product purchased, BABY born donates €1. The shared goal: to raise €15,000 to help grant life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.
Rödental, October 2026. Making a difference with every purchase: BABY born is supporting Make-A-Wish with a fundraising campaign in which every product purchased counts. For every product sold through the BABY born online shop, BABY born donates €1 to Make-A-Wish International. The campaign covers the entire product range and has been running since September 1, 2026.
The goal is to raise €15,000 for Make-A-Wish International. Customers do not need to do anything extra. They simply choose their favourite BABY born products and shop online as usual – BABY born makes the donation.
1 product = €1 donation. Together, individual purchases add up to help make life-changing wishes come true for children with critical illnesses.
“With this campaign, we want to make it as easy as possible for everyone to be part of our commitment. Every purchase counts, and the more items in each order, the closer we get to our shared fundraising goal. Being able to use our brand’s 35th anniversary to give something back in this way means a lot to us,” says Thomas Eichhorn, Managing Director, MGA Zapf Creation GmbH.
Making wishes come true together
Make-A-Wish grants the wishes of children with critical illnesses. These individually planned wish experiences create special moments for children and their families and can bring hope, joy and a chance to enjoy a little of the carefree childhood they deserve. For BABY born, the collaboration with Make-A-Wish International is closely tied to its anniversary. Since 1991, the brand has accompanied children as they play, dream and grow. BABY born therefore wants its 35th birthday to be more than a celebration – it is also an opportunity to give something back to children and families.
The online shop fundraising campaign marks the start of a longer-term commitment. Further joint initiatives are set to follow, both to raise additional funds and to increase awareness for the work of Make-A-Wish.
€1,800 raised at a company run: the team runs for wishes
The Neue Presse company run in Gemünda in September has already shown that this commitment extends beyond the online shop. MGA Zapf Creation donated €100 to Make-A-Wish International for every employee who took part.
With 18 runners participating, the team raised an additional €1,800 of donations.
Under the motto “Running together. Making wishes come true together”, the event also gave employees an opportunity to get involved in the partnership first-hand. Further activities as part of the collaboration are already planned.
