I wish for a battery-powered car

Defne Nuran is tiny but mighty, full of energy, giggles and big dreams. At just three years old, she is living with a brain tumor, but that hasn’t slowed her down one bit.
Her favorite word is “vroom.” And her favourite game entails waving from behind pretend steering wheels and zooming through make-believe roads in her living room.
So when it came time to make a wish, she knew exactly what she wanted — her very own ride-on battery car. Pink, with sparkles of course.
When her wish came true and the car arrived, it was everything she had imagined. Not just a toy, it was her fi rst real taste of independence, speed and imagination in motion.
And if the sound of “vroom” echoing through the house is anything to go by, she hasn’t stopped driving since.
