Dependent on a ventilator around the clock and using a wheelchair, Trini can only stand for brief moments. But none of that has dimmed her dreams.
Her greatest wish was to feel like any other teenage girl—to dress up in beautiful, fashionable clothes, wear makeup, and step in front of the camera for a real photo shoot. She wanted to feel confident, glamorous, and seen—not as a patient, but as the vibrant young woman she is.
