I wish to meet my favourite singer

One of Make-A-Wish Sri Lanka’s first wish children following their launch in 2025 was Rasindu.

Rasindu has been through intensive treatment for B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Through it all, one thing brought him comfort—listening to his favourite singer, Amisha Minol.

His music became Rasindu’s source of strength and hope on the hardest days. So when asked what he wished for, Rasindu knew right away: to meet Amisha in person.

That special moment came true when Amisha appeared before him with a warm smile and open arms. The joy in Rasindu’s eyes said it all—this was more than a meeting. It was a moment filled with kindness, music, and love.

His wish gave Rasindu something powerful: a memory that will stay with him forever and a belief that wishes can come true.
