I wish to be a ballerina

From the very beginning, Atena knew exactly what she wanted her wish to be: “I want to be a ballerina!”

Full of energy and joy, Atena dreamed not only of wearing a tutu, but of performing on stage, sharing her passion, and bringing her world of dance to life.

Her wish journey began with a magical costume fitting at Balletto in Lisbon, where she twirled in the outfit she had always imagined. With each delicate step, her dream started to feel real. Soon after, Atena joined her very first ballet class, where her natural talent and determination shone through. With just a few tries, she had already mastered the choreography for her big day.

Finally, the moment arrived. Surrounded by family, friends, and the Make-A-Wish community, Atena stepped on stage. Under the bright lights, she danced with grace and courage, captivating the audience and filling the room with joy and hope. Applause, smiles, and even flowers celebrated her moment as a true ballerina.

For Atena and her family, this wish was more than a performance—it was a victory, a reminder of strength, and the transformative power of a wish come true.
