15 Wishes Designed by Robert Half

Through wish workshops, Robert Half employees engage in immersive, hands-on experiences that connect them directly to our shared mission. Guided by Make-A-Wish International, wish makers collaborate across teams and countries to design thoughtful, meaningful wish journeys. Since the start of our partnership, more than 15 unique wishes have been designed – each reflecting the creativity, compassion, and global collaboration of our people.

Volunteering for Wishes

Our impact also comes to life through volunteering. Across markets, wish makers dedicate their time and talents to support local Make-A-Wish® affiliates and the children and families they serve. From Germany’s wish trees, where Robert Half teams helped create moments of joy during the holiday season by selecting and wrapping gifts for children with wishes in progress, to New Zealand’s Kindness Crew, where employees express gratitude to donors through heartfelt calls and handwritten cards, these efforts strengthen the communities around us while deepening our connection to the Make-A-Wish® mission.

Employee Fundraisers

Employee-led fundraising is another powerful driver of impact. Across our global network, our teams bring creativity and energy to initiatives such as bake sales, toy drives, endurance events, and client-hosted contributions. These collective efforts turn individual actions into meaningful outcomes – uniting colleagues around a shared purpose and helping make more wishes possible.
Together, these contributions reflect the dedication, generosity, and spirit of Robert Half wish makers around the world, and the lasting difference we continue to make – one wish at a time.
