Black and white logos for Make-A-Wish International and Fairmont are shown side by side, separated by a vertical line, on a white background. The elegant Fairmont logo contrasts beautifully with the Make-A-Wish emblem.

Fairmont is a proud global partner of Make-A-Wish, helping “make special happen” for children with critical illnesses by creating unforgettable experiences. Whether becoming a princess, going on a dream vacation, or resting at a Fairmont after a day of adventure, we support granting wishes that transform lives.

A wish is more than a gift or magical day, it’s a powerful journey, uniquely tailored to each child. It can be a turning point in treatment and recovery, bringing emotional strength and a sense of normalcy back to families during challenging times.

Make Wishes Happen

Fairmont and Make-A-Wish make special happen; whether it is living the life in the Eloise Suite at The Plaza, a memorable and majestic stay at the Fairmont Montreaux Palace or living their culinary dreams with Bake-A-Wish at The Fairmont Olympic, there is truly no dream that Fairmont and Make-A-Wish cannot fulfil.

Bake-A-Wish with Fairmont

A heartwarming culinary showdown hosted at Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle. Three incredibly talented Make-A-Wish alumni teamed up with three of Fairmont’s top chefs to dream up the most “wish-worthy” desserts imaginable. Each dessert is more than a dish, it’s a story, a memory, and a celebration of resilience. While Chef Isabel’s Strawberry Yogurt Cake earned the title of winner, many delicious wish desserts can be found across the Fairmont Hotels around the world, from which proceeds support Make-A-Wish.

Bea & Micay's Chef Wishes

In Manila, two teenagers Bea, and Micay, both living with kidney disease stepped into the kitchen at Fairmont Makati. Fairmont didn’t just give them a tour; they gave them chef coats, a briefing, a station, a team. The wish children were called as “Chef Bea” and “Chef Micay” all day. One line from Bernd Schneider, the honorable GM of the hotel still rings in our ears: “Your dreams are never too big. Never lose hope.” Bea and Micay didn’t just learn recipes but they felt seen, capable, and strong.

Carlos' Wish to See the Sea

In Mexico, Carlitos, seven years old and fiercely brave in treatment, arrived to a welcome he’ll never forget. Cars, applause, and then days of wonder at Fairmont Mayakoba with his dad: mangrove boats, a catamaran, a private class to make the perfect chocolate milk. On the beach, he said he felt invincible. That’s what Fairmont teams do, turning hospitality into hope, making special happen!
