Your cryptocurrency gift will be converted to U.S. dollars immediately and be used towards our mission of granting wishes to every eligible child.
Can I remain anonymous when I donate crypto?
Yes but providing an email address allows Make-A-Wish International to provide you with a US based tax receipt, in alignment with our charitable incorporation as a 501(c)3
Can I direct my donation to anywhere in the world?
You can find our global map of Affiliates and countries where we grant wishes here. Simply send us an email at supportercare@worldwish.org to direct your donation.
Are crypto donations tax deductible?
Yes! Crypto donations are one of the most tax-efficient ways to give to charity. Your crypto donation is tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law if you pay taxes in the U.S. By making a charitable gift, you may also be eligible to significantly reduce what you would otherwise owe in capital gains taxes.
