Davide’s wish…
Davide has been living with Hodgkin’s lymphoma since the age of two. During this time he has always had one wish, to fly on Santa’s sleigh pulled by his reindeer! Davide admitted that he was a little afraid at the thought of flying on a reindeer at first, but being through his own difficult journey, this fear had vanished.
Finally, along with his family, Davide was able to venture to Lapland, covered in snow, frozen forests and lakes, it was just magical. Davide was able to get to know the wonderful reindeers up close, although he didn’t fly on one of them, but the experience was so special that he never stopped smiling.
Stefano, Davide’s father told us, “everything we have experienced is with thanks to people like you who donate. Seeing the smile on Davide and his sisters’ faces, I can confirm that a wish granted is good medicine.”
